Description: Revenue Metering (RM): CEWE instrument Prometer 100R Relay The supplier should confirm that the meter is fully complaint with the attached specifications : - F.23.01 Metering Systems Employers Requirements - Technical Specifications (05895187_A) - F.23.05 Metering Systems Employers Requirements - Functional requirements (05895188_A) Additional to the specification requirements, the below items have to be provided: - Two (dual) (Aux. 1 & Aux. 2) Both as 60-240 V AC/DC ± 20% - Revenue metering systems must be in accordance with the sealing procedures recommended by ISO/ TO - cover plates - Digital I/O - Communication interfaces (IEC-104 , DNP 3.0 , Hardwired) - The data needs to be telemetered/ and to be made available to respective stakeholders as per National/ Local and Employer requirements including a) ISO (PJM) b) TO (First Energy) c) Employer (Ørsted) - Operational Metering systems are required by Transmission Owner (First Energy) to acquire instantaneous metering data. Operational metering is defined as instantaneous bi-directional real and reactive power metering (MW and MVAR) and voltage for all FE transmission lines connected to the facility. Some additional circuit breaker signals are required. Total generator real, reactive power output and voltage (all phases) measured - The Generator Onshore Metering contractor shall investigate the local requirements from ISO/ TO, balancing and Revenue authorities (when applicable) to make sure that access to all the data across the metering scope required by these authorities is available and be telemetered to authorities . - Manual, Software and Licenses to be provided
